DELIVERY TERMS

Please note that we cannot guarantee the timescales and no refund will be given for items received later than stated delivery times.

Delivery via Royal Mail 24 is £4.19, in stock items will be dispatched the next day on the 24hr service.

Delivery via Royal Mail 48 is £3.25, in stock items will be dispatched the next day on the 48hr service.

 Delivery to Highlands, Northern Ireland, ROI & Channel Islands will take approximately 3-5 days

For items that are out of stock or on backorder

Our stock levels change daily. Please expect 4-6 weeks from point of order, some suppliers will dispatch within a week. If your order is urgent please let us know. We will keep you posted of an expected delivery date. We will dispatch orders once all items in the order are in stock, we will only split deliveries if the buyer requests it and pays for the additional postage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are always help to help you find the correct harness size for your dog, we know how tricky it can be to work out what the correct fit should be.

Once you receive your harness if you are unhappy with the fit then we will happily provide a replacement or refund, just let us know you are sending it back and we will try and find an alternative if needed. Please DO NOT remove the tags until you are happy with the item, we cannot accept a return with labels that have been removed or reattached. 

We understand that you have to try the harness on your dog but if you are sending it back then PLEASE make sure it is clean, smells neutral and free from any dog hair. We will charge a 20% fee if we have to clean the harness, alternatively we will send it back and refuse a refund.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund any custom made items including harnesses, scooters, rigs or treadmills.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We ask that the goods be returned in an unused condition and in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Replacement items or refunds will not be sent until the original items have been received by us. Shipping to be paid for by the customer, please ensure you use registered post as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

We will exchange products purchased from us that are returned for reason of defects in manufacturing and materials within a reasonable time frame from date of purchase. Please note this does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.

All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item then the product cannot be exchanged or refunded. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected.

Please note only the purchase cost of the item returned will be refunded, not any postage costs paid.

Please include your order number. Return postage costs for exchanges are to be paid for by the customer. On receipt of the return we will contact you to request a payment to send the replacement back out. This can be paid by paypal to sales@sportypaws.co.uk
